Stretch Mark Secrets!

I've been doing my research on how to get rid of these stretch marks!
I know they're my mommy stripes, but DUDE, they're not my favorite.
So, I found a few different articles (all with different information) and put together EVERYTHING into one... I used these instructions and followed it for about a month and saw drastic improvement in the color, depth, and appearance of my stretch marks!! YAYYY!
Here goes:

1] LOOFAH!
Scrub the area with a rough loofah twice a day. Stretch marks are only on the surface of the skin, so scrub away those first few layers. DON'T OVERDO IT.
2] VITAMIN E
Apply pure vitamin E to the area (pop a Vitamin E softgel.) Message it into the skin for a few seconds!
3] ALOE VERA
Apply Aloe Vera to the area after the Vitamin E and message it in as well.
4] SUNSHINE
Get a tan! Stretch marks don't tan, so as your skin gets darker, the marks will start to blend in!

p.s. I don't think they're is a way to completely get rid of them,
but this will help fade them as much as possible

  1. Definitely going to try this after I have my baby! Three kiddos later, my poor tummy is in pretty rough shape thanks to stretch marks! Hope this helps! thanks :)

  2. Just a heads up for girls with sensitive skin - scrubbing them with a loofah that often can cause major irritation or damage the skin (if you rub it raw, you could get an infection from continuing to use the same loofah on the raw/irritated area). And kudos for sugguesting the vitamin e soft gels! Those work so much better than the regular vitamin e 'oil'!

    1. Unfortunately, it did not work on my appendix scar. I used the routine there as well every time I used it on my stretch marks and it did help a LITTLE, but not enough to brag about :(
It may work on light scars that are just on the surface of the skin, though

  6. This probably works for newer stretch marks. Tanning alone helps but its bad for your skin. Self tanner will tan stretch marks and has amazing coverage for the couple days you want to show some skin. Bio oil slightly works. My stretch marks are white. I've recently started using Bare Minerals Cell renewal serum. Its for the face but I thought to myself... hello?! Cell renewal? And tried it on my stretch marks. Less noticeable now. But of course less is the best we can get. They'll never be unnoticeable. :(

  7. Unquestionably believe that which you said.
Your favorite reason appeared to be on the net the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I definitely get irked while people think about worries that they plainly do
not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can
take a signal. Will probably be back to get more.
    Thanks
