Squeezing Workouts Into Your Daily Routine

Who says moms have no time to work out?
PHAHAHA, ME! Everyone knows we have no time for that stuff!
I've managed to work in a few small workouts around my toddler's schedule...



Meal Time Squats:

Other things you can work into your motherly schedule:
-Microwaving food? Do some counter-top push-ups while waiting.
-Blow drying your hair? Squat time!
-Rocking the baby?  Sit up straight and don't rest your back against the chair... ab workout!
-Driving? Again, sit up strait! How cool is it to burn calories while sitting?!
-Brushing your teeth? Build up your calves by standing up and down on your tippy toes.
-Playtime with baby? Engage fully in the activity! You'll burn calories just chasing them around.
-Waiting in line? KEGALS! 
-Going to bed? Do 20 quick crunches while laying flat on the bed.
-Always, always, always take the stairs.
