I never have my shoes on! Unfortunately, This makes my feet really rough.
(My Fiance' calls me "swampfoot.") STOP LAUGHING
I do this routine about twice a week and its a HUGE help...
1] Soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes...
2] Use a pumice stone, NOT A RAZOR, to scrub your feet, while still in the bath.
(The moisture from the water helps out.)
(Use shoe spray or powder for the odor!)
*Not only does it make your feet softer, it also primes your toenails and gets them ready to hold polish =]
*You can also sprinkle some Baking Soda in your bath water for added softness!

I'll have to try this. Thank you! :)

My husband is in the Army and we have been stationed here in Louisiana for a year now...it is so friggin true.. I never wear shoes at home anymore. Nice blog.
ReplyDeleteI have always sworn on pumice stones...soak feet well...put lots of soap...bar or liquid...on both the pumice stone and the skin you need to exfoliate...then add a little water when you begin to rub firmly against the area you want to exfoliate, adding more soap/water as needed. No secret ingredient here...pumice stone, soap, water and pumice stone...
