How To Get Softer Feet

I'm from Louisiana. The rumors are true.
I never have my shoes on! Unfortunately, This makes my feet really rough.
(My Fiance' calls me "swampfoot.") STOP LAUGHING

I do this routine about twice a week and its a HUGE help...
1] Soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes...
2] Use a pumice stone, NOT A RAZOR, to scrub your feet, while still in the bath.
(The moisture from the water helps out.)
3] Dry off your feet and lather on the Vaseline! My favorite is the baby Vaseline... it smells so sweet.
4] Put on a pair of socks. If you're going to be wearing tennis shoes, the new moisture may cause a smell :o
(Use shoe spray or powder for the odor!)

*Not only does it make your feet softer, it also primes your toenails and gets them ready to hold polish =]
*You can also sprinkle some Baking Soda in your bath water for added softness!

  3. I have always sworn on pumice stones...soak feet well...put lots of soap...bar or liquid...on both the pumice stone and the skin you need to exfoliate...then add a little water when you begin to rub firmly against the area you want to exfoliate, adding more soap/water as needed. No secret ingredient here...pumice stone, soap, water and pumice stone...
