Very simple...
I used the baseball cake topper from my son's first birthday cake!
All you need to do is:
Use a hot glue gun to attach the piece (any toy that will fit in the jar)
Fill jar with water a half a teaspoon of glitter.
Seal the jar correctly and place the lid on tight.
Shake and remember =]
