Weekend of Firsts

Aside from the fact that mommy has had her first cold in years, this weekend was busy with first experiences!
In a desperate attempt to keep Gabriel hydrated, I was forcing all kinds of juice on him this weekend.Thus, the first time we managed to get FOUR different colors on his shirt...

It was also the first weekend that was so absolutely beautiful in a while and we could not go outside :(I just didn't want our stupid runny noses to last longer than they had to!So, we stayed in and had reading time...He wasn't happy about it at first!

 Then he realized that it was his favorite book in the world!

Since he was feeling a little better, we were going to walk to Dollar General today,

but I decided it was too soon and we got in Maw Maw's car...

First little ride not in his car seat :o

I told him it was illegal, but he said he laughs in the face of danger!

(P.S. We never left the driveway lol) 
And my favorite part, The first time in a very long time that daddy is home before 9:00!

I got to enjoy the night with my 3 boys... Papa Bear, Gabe, and Woody ;) 

Pretty good weekend, considering we sneezed about 39,846,723 times between the two of us!
