DIY Magic Butterflies

We spent the morning making these little guys today!

These are butterflies that "move" on their own ;)

The photo here doesn't show the point of the actual project, so be sure to watch the totally horribly shot video at the bottom of the post...

Here's What You Need:
-Glue gun  & Glue sticks
-Felt balls, pipe cleaners, goggly eyes, popsicle sticks, etc… (To make the butterfly)
- Magnets
-glass surface or cardboard box

Here's What You Do:This can work with any object that the child wants to make or any item that they already have. 1] Make an animal (or use an existing one,) and glue a magnet to the bottom of it.2] Glue a magnet to the popsicle stick to use it as a "magic wand."3] Place the butterfly with the magnet side down on the glass surface or the cardboard box.4] Use the magic wand underneath to latch the magnets and make the butterfly look as though it is moving on its own! See…
